100% Estate Grown Pinot Noir from Dry Stack Vineyard made by winemaker Jesse Katz
100% estate-grown Rosé of Pinot Noir made specifically to be a Rosé. We treated this wine like any great white wine. We hand-harvested and immediately pressed the juice off its skins with minimal skin contact to give the wine its stunning light salmon color and purity. This wine was then aged for 6 months in lightly toasted French oak barrels for an elevated Rosé experience.
Aromatics of white peach, fresh-cut roses, and tangerine compliment the layered and textured palate along with blackberries, currant, and crushed rocks.
While making Rosé from an estate-grown Pinot Noir may not make sense cost-wise, we have all completely fallen in love with this wine along with our fans and critics. This wine is for you!
