2020 Pinot Noir
2020 Pinot Noir
100% Estate Grown Pinot Noir from Dry Stack Vineyard in the Bennett Valley AVA of Sonoma County made by winemaker Jesse Katz.
Aromatics of fresh early season strawberries, rhubarb, spice mix, white pepper, and cherries tied together with rose peddles.
On the palate it has beautiful structure and firm but velvety tannins with a long bright finish that ties together Bing cherries, coco powder, raspberries, and strawberries.
The floral element to these wines carries though from start to finish.
This is a wine that can be enjoyed now with a nice decant or aged in your cellar for 7-10+ years.
Aged 21 months in barrel 50% in new French oak.
Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and unacidified.
Only 242 cases produced.
