While winemaker Jesse Katz continues to push past boundaries with aesthete's barrel-aged Sauvignon Blanc, we wanted to make its little sister - a straightforward, bright, and refreshing SB.
On the nose it welcomes hints of orange blossom, ripe white peach, honeydew melon, and nectarine.
The palate has bright acidity with citrus (white grapefruit) and mineral notes on a lengthy finish.
Aging: 100% Stainless Steel, aged 6 months
Enjoy now through 2025.
